优得运维2018新年贺词

各位同仁:

 

Dear colleagues,

 

经过300多天的并肩奋战,优得取得了一些小成绩:积累一批优质客户并获得了认可,取得了一定的品牌知名度,平台两度升级,线上线下达成重要的战略资源合作,我们的体系及监管手段也在逐步完善并越来越细化,包括快速方案报价能力、快速接入系统能力、标准化沟通流程等在内的运行效率不断提高……但同时,优得也遇到了成长中的问题和烦恼,随着电站接入越来越多,我们如何进一步提高综合效率?如何在新业务上孕育发展?站在跨年的结点,总结过去规划未来,我对团队提出几点期许和未来工作方向:

 

After more than 300 days working side by side, Uper has made some significant achievements: we have accumulated a number of premium customers and obtained their recognitions. We have earned brand recognition and upgraded service platform for two times. We have reached online and offline strategic collaboration with business partners. Uper has also improved its business system and supervisory measures to enhance its operating efficiency gradually through fast customized-case quotation, rapid system access,standardized communication processes, etc. At the same time, Uper has met some difficulties and constrains while growing.With more and more power stations being successfully connected, what can we do to improve overall efficiency? How can we expand our current business and grow new ones? Standing at the year end, looking back and planning for the coming 2018,  I hereby propose to our team a few expectations and future work directions:

时间的意义 The Importance of Timely Response

虽然公司财报是季报、半年报乃至年报,而我们的工作计划和进度必须精确到周、天乃至小时。“天下武功唯快不破”,慢的客户响应,意味着服务满意度下降而丢单;慢的工单响应时间意味着发电量损失;慢的接入时间意味着发电量和更多人力成本。改善我们经手的每一个流程和工具,尽力压缩时间,提高工作效率!如果今年你处理1GW的订单,明年你一样要有能力处理3GW的订单!

 

Although company’s financial reports are consolidated quarterly, semi-annually and  annually, our work plans and schedules must be as accurate as in weeks, days or even hours. As quoted "Among all martialarts in the world, only speediness is invincible ", slow customer response means low service satisfaction and can potentially results to loss of orders,slow response to work orders means loss in power generation, slow access means morelabor costs. We could improve our work efficiency and shorten the lead time by streamlining every work process and tool. If in 2017 we are able to process 1GW orders, in 2018 we aim to reach the capability to process 3GW orders!

成本的意义 The Significance of Cost Management

 

每个人都要有成本意识,成本不一定是实实在在看得见的现金支出也不是把必要的支出省略,这里更多的是强调一些隐性或无端的浪费。我们针对不同的电站情况,研究贴合的方法清洗、改善我们生产工器具、优化差旅及住宿计划、减少电站意外突发告警、提高预防性问题检出比例(从80%提高到90%乃至99%)!提高单位人员产出比例,提高单位MW发电量是我们的缺一不可的KPI!

 

Everyone needs to be aware of cost. Reducing cost is not about saving visible cash expenditure or cutting down requisite disbursements,but is about avoiding implicit cost or senseless waste. Based on differentpower plants conditions, it is necessary to develop corresponding cleaning methods,improve our production tools, optimize travel and accommodation plans, reduce unexpected alarms of power plants and increase the detect
